What accessories are available for my headphones?
There are several different headphone accessories that can make them more practical to use, improve comfort or extend their lifespan. Common headphone accessories include charging cables, charging cases, ear pads and so on.
Which earbuds are Comfort Foam Tips compatible with?
Comfort Foam Tips© are developed for Sound by Sweden’s own True Wireless range (not ZERO-TX) but also fit other earbuds on the market that have a round sound tube with a tube diameter between 4.5 – 6.0 millimetres (see how we measure here).
Note! Since the ear tips are round in shape, they do not fit oval tubes that some earbuds have, such as AirPods PRO.
I’ve lost one earbud, can I order a replacement?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to order just one earbud, as each pair of earbuds has a unique shared ID.
Can I use any charger with my earphones?
You should not use any other charging cable than the one included in the package. The supplied cable has built-in overload protection and therefore cannot be replaced with a “standard cable”. If you use another cable, you risk damaging the earphones because the current may become too high.
