Terms of purchase
Prices
You can choose in the menu which currency you want the prices to be shown in, this also includes the selected country's VAT. At the checkout you can see the total price for the entire order including VAT and shipping costs.
Payment
All payments are handled through Shopify Payments and you can choose one of the following options:
- Klarna
- Shop Pay (Apple Pay & Google Pay)
- Paypal
- Card payment with Visa, Mastercard or American Express
Return & Rights
You always have a 14 -day return right from the day you received the product in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. If you want to return your item please contact support@soundbysweden.se for return slip. You as a buyer are responsible for the return cost. The product must be returned in unbroken packaging because the headphones are classified as a hygiene article. For returns from countries outside the EU, please contact Sound by Sweden for further information.
Warranties and service
Products from Sound by Sweden are covered with one (1) and two (2) year warranty. The warranty period is shown on the package and in the instruction book and applies to material and manufacturing defects. Injuries caused by handling errors, dirt or negligence are not covered by the guarantee.
In the case of complaints and guarantee cases, we refer you as a customer primarily to your place of purchase. In order for the store to handle your case, you must show a valid purchase receipt on your product. If you have purchased the product in Sound by Sweden´s webshop, please send an email to support@soundbysweden.se and advertise your item there together with a copy of your purchasing receipt for the defective product.
If the advertised product is considered defect due to material or manufacturing defects, it will be repaired free of charge, or alternatively replaced with a new product.
After the warranty period has expired, Sound by Sweden cannot offer free repair or exchange.
Delivery conditions
Delivery time
Sound by Sweden sends its goods with Postnord and DHL where you can choose from the Services Board for mailbox/door and ombudsmen. The delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 working days for both services.
During ongoing delivery, you can track the package in PostNord's app or at www.postnord.se where you only enter your package number which you will find in your order confirmation email. For DHL you can track in the app "My packages" or track via their website www.dhl.com with package number.
Note that we only send to EU countries.
Postnord goods letter
This service costs SEK 29 and is delivered directly to your mailbox. If the order value exceeds SEK 999 then the shipping is free. If the delivery does not fit in your mailbox/mailbox, it will instead be delivered at your door or in a bag on your mailbox. You are announced when delivery at door or bag on the box is performed, in PostNord's app you can also see a picture of the package when delivered. This service is traceable and we ensure the delivery up to the mailbox/door. Therefore, neither Sound by Sweden nor Postnord cannot be responsible for something that has happened to the package after it has been delivered. Should the delivery disappear during transport before it is delivered, contact us at Sound by Sweden for compensation.
DHL ombudsmen
This service has a shipping fee of SEK 39 and is delivered to your nearest representative. If the order value exceeds SEK 999 then the shipping is free. You will receive an SMS notification as soon as your package is available from the agent. To retrieve the package, you need to enter the 4-digit code you received and show identification, bids show both legs. Also good to legitimize with Bank ID via the "My Packages" app
This service is traceable and we assure the delivery until it is picked up. If the package and/or content is damaged when you receive it, then report this directly to the delivery point. Should the delivery disappear during transport, you will contact us at Sound by Sweden for compensation.
For all packages that are not collected before they are sent back, Sound by Sweden charges the customer a fee of SEK 300. The fee corresponds to the actual costs of return shipping, handling fee and administration. If you regret your purchase when the package has already been sent from us, you must pick up the package at your delivery point and then return it to Sound by Sweden. Contact our customer support to register the return on support@soundbysweden.se. If the package is not retrieved, it will automatically be registered that is not picked up and you will be charged when the fee mentioned above.
Competition conditions
Rules and conditions for Sound by Sweden's competitions on social media.
- When you participate in the competitions, you accept Sound by Sweden's competition rules and conditions.
- When you participate in a competition, you agree that we may may post your name, profile and contribution on the company's social media.
- The competitions are organized by Sound by Sweden and are not sponsored, organized, administered or linked to Instagram.
- To compete, you need to be at least 18 years old and resident in Sweden.
- The profile that you choose to compete from must be created in agreement with the respective platform's rules.
- Employees or close relatives of employees at Sound by Sweden may not join and participate in the competitions.
- We reserve the right to remove and report submissions deemed offensive, objectionable or illegal.
- Winners are selected by a jury from the marketing department at Sound by Sweden. The decision cannot be appealed.
- The winner will be announced and notified in the channel through which the competition has taken place.
- If the winner does not contact Sound by Sweden within 7 days of the competition ending, we have the right to appoint a new winner.
- You always participate free of charge in all competitions and Sound by Sweden is responsible for the shipping costs for delivery of prizes from the competitions.
- The winnings cannot be exchanged or withdrawn for cash. The winner pays any winnings tax.
