Noise reduction with hybrid technology

The active noise reduction in combination with the tightly fitting ear cushions isolates you from disturbing ambient noise. Airplane engines, disturbing noises from office neighbors, the murmur of the subway are no longer a problem because you activate the noise reduction with a simple push of a button. The integrated digital technology in the SUPRA NiTRO-X sorts out the background noise and allows you to enjoy your music, podcast, movie or voice call in privacy regardless of where you are.

NiTRO-X uses hybrid technology for noise reduction, which means that there are microphones on both the inside and outside of the earcups. The external microphones filter out most of the disturbing ambient noise on the outside, while the internal microphones remove the lower frequencies before they reach the listener's ears.

With the listening function activated (Transparency mode), you can easily communicate with your surroundings without having to take off your headphones. The function is activated with a simple push of a button and it is a much appreciated feature by business travelers and office staff.

BreathTex© - Class-leading comfort

NiTRO-X is designed to provide optimal comfort even during prolonged use. The headphone cushions are made of a proprietary material with membrane construction, SUPRA BreathTex©. The material allows heat and moisture to escape through the earphone while protecting against incoming moisture and disturbing ambient noise. BreathTex© in combination with the pressure-relieving bridge, the durable lightweight material and the rotatable covers enable many hours of use without the earphone feeling hot, humid and uncomfortable.

Office Adapt© 4-way microphone technology

Our in-house developed microphone technology Office Adapt© is designed so that you get a clean and clear conversation sound even if you are in a messy environment with a lot of ambient noise. Microphones, software and processor work in parallel with each other to optimize sound recording. The software is based on an algorithm that reads how far from the microphones the sound comes. In this way, you can control only the user's voice and block other, unwanted sounds from the environment. An important feature if you use headphones in an office environment as a headset.

35 hours of battery life

Whether you're at work, the gym or on a long-haul flight, it's always annoying when the battery dies. That's why we've equipped the NiTRO-X with a high-performance premium battery, which gives a total playtime of up to 35 hours*. With the noise reduction activated, you get up to 28 hours of battery life*.

NiTRO-X uses our own developed fast charging system, HyperCharge©. The system enables a full charge of the batteries in approximately 1 hour. 15 minutes of charging gives up to 6 hours of playing time. Something that can be very practical if you intend to use the headphones during a training session and discover that the battery is dead.

If the battery runs out and you don't have the opportunity to charge the headphones, you can always use the supplied SUPRA cable with 3.5mm connector and connect the headphones directly to your phone or tablet instead.

Total control

The button functions allow you to answer calls, adjust the volume, change the song, activate your phone's voice assistant as well as noise reduction and hearing function. NiTRO-X is compatible with e.g. Google Assistant® and Siri® but is also ready for other future voice assistant services.

The sound experience

The proprietary 40mm driver element, SBS40Dv.2 lets you experience a powerful and well-balanced sound thanks to its wide frequency range. The sound character follows the test-winning NiTRO concept, which gives you everything from the lowest bass lines to the highest notes. All in a correct and true-to-life way so that you can enjoy your music, film, podcast or whatever you prefer to listen to to the maximum.
